Pharmacy Day on the Mall

Pharmacy Day on the Mall is an annual event hosted on the UA Mall to provide free health screenings and valuable health information, all in honor of American Pharmacists Month in October. Screenings will be available to assess for hypertension, asthma and diabetes. Several other tables may also present information regarding topics such as over-the-counter medication safety, poison control, heart health, immunizations, smoking cessation, HIV/AIDS, breast cancer, and skin cancer awareness. The prepharmacy club also offers free root beer floats to those who stop by the tent.
